Participant Referrals for Clinical Trial Sites and CROs

Paid Clinicals works with clinical trial sites, sponsors, and contract research organizations (CROs) to help fill enrollment for active studies. We handle the digital marketing, pre-screening, and eligibility qualification; your site or organization handles enrollment, informed consent, and trial execution.

What we do

• Advertise your study to consumers who may be eligible, across our own sites and marketing channels.
• Collect an initial health and eligibility profile from each interested participant.
• Follow up directly with participants, where appropriate, to confirm fit against your study's criteria before referral.
• Deliver qualified referrals to your team so your staff can complete enrollment and begin the study protocol.

What stays with your site

We do not conduct trials, enroll participants, or provide medical oversight. Informed consent, protocol administration, IRB compliance, and all clinical activity remain the responsibility of the research site or CRO running the study.

How pricing works

We work on a per-referral basis: you pay for qualified participants delivered to your enrollment team, not for advertising spend or impressions. Referral terms are set out in a written agreement between Paid Clinicals and your organization.
